Today’s session is very fruitful session, as not only postponed slides are being used effectively in delivering the message, videos are also used effectively. However, it will be better if the videos used has English subtitles.

I attended Solution Focused Leadership Coaching for Heads of Department Course, It was very beneficial and definitely change how I look into coaching in my organization. It can be implemented and need in the office.

The course was helpful in assisting me identify my own weakness as a leader while giving me tips and idea on how I can lead other by giving or mentoring solution to my colleagues or staff. Wish we had much more time to properly learn effective coaching or mentoring methods.
